Forty Piedmontese cattle breed and one hundred and fifty of “Camosciata Alpine goats” are the foundation of our breeding. The choice of these animals is not accidental but well-considered as the Piedmontese race, it is considered the best in the world for the quality of its meat.
The “Camosciata delle Alpi” is a rustic goat that is well suited to our pastures producing excellent milk used for the creation of “Robiola di Roccaverano D.O.P.”
Robiola of Roccaverano D.O.P. It is the typical cheese of this territory; It expresses a wonderful taste that reminds the scents of flowers and the aromas of the herbs that have fed the goats. It is the only Italian goat cheese D.O.P. with raw milk. We produce it “pure”, with only goat’s milk, and “mixed”, with the addition of cow’s milk. We also produce the Robiola of the trio with goat’s milk, sheep’s and cow’s.

In summer we produce goat fresh tomini and ice cream with goat’s milk or cow’s milk.
In winter you can enjoy the pure seasoned (at least six months) goat Tuma and Tuma Brachetto left to mature in Brachetto marc.
